Our Dietary Food Service Worker program prepares you for a career path in food services in health care settings. This program is offered at our Barrie, North Bay, Sudbury and Sault Ste Marie campuses.

Throughout the program, you will study nutrition, communication and quantity food preparation as well as sanitation, safety and hygiene for food services. This will prepare you for a career path in dietary departments of hospitals, long-term care settings, retirement homes, group homes and more. You will participate in an 80-hour, field-related placement for valuable on-the-job training.
