Our Office Administrator Program combines a well-rounded curriculum, specialized instruction and a field-related practicum to prepare you for a career path as a bookkeeper, office manager, payroll administrator, computerized accounting clerk, accounting assistant and more.
You will learn to oversee daily schedules and appointments, keep track of inventory, prepare financial statements, authorize payments, organize company meetings and events, and much more. Hands-on training in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and payroll fundamentals is combined with courses in customer service, sales and payroll compliance legislation for a well-rounded knowledge of accounting and administrative principles. Our curriculum is designed to prepare you for the CPA’s Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification exams.
